Hepamed (Ribavirin):

Hepamed (Ribavirin) is an anti-viral drug used for the treatment of severe Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infection and hepatitis C infection in combination with one of following therapies Interferon alfa 2b, Interferon alfa 2a, Peginterferon alfa-2b, Peginterferon alfa-2a and Sofosbuvir. It has also been used (in combination with Ketamine, Midazolam, and Amantadine) in treatment of rabies. Ribavirin (Hepamed) is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, a list of the most important medication needed in a basic health system
Hepamed (Ribavirin) is available in two strengths 400mg and 600 mg in 10 Capsules Pack.
